About William

Born and raised in Sag Harbor, William Broich is an artist and printmaker currently working in the Hamptons, where he often assists with workshops and editioning jobs, as well as building his own portfolio through the Inspiration Plus Foundation. William studied and graduated from the SUNY Purchase College in the printmaking program, where he was trained in the traditional print processes. Although he favors the process-heavy nature of print, William often constructs his images in a very loose and automatic style. William finds inspiration in the western occult tradition, often referring to his art as “magickal pentacles that are an extension of the will.” Exhibiting his work is a huge part of his practice and is often showing his art around the metropolitan area.
