Naji Jamil Zeaiter from Lebanon, Baalbek. He earned my B.A in Law at the Lebanese University, however, he never felt like a lawyer.
He has always had a passion for any kind of visual art. Right after his graduation, he enrolled in a make-up artist academy in Beirut and he dedicated more than 5 years to the artistic makeup world. While working in this field, Naji discovered also his passion for fashion thus.
He enrolled in the ESMODE French school for fashion in Beirut and he worked in this field for a long time during which he felt a strong attraction towards colors, patterns, and textures.
Five years ago he moved to Barcelona because this city is a hub for art and you find art in every corner.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, and the several lockdowns that he experienced in Barcelona, Naji started to feel a connection with painting, so he spent his days watching and reading about abstract painting. During this time, he has noticed that he had a good hand working with colors and textures; this was as a result of his make-up and fashion background.
Painting became for him a way of escape and made him aware of his creativity as a way of expressing himself. After the last lockdown in Barcelona, Naji decided to take his creativity to a next level and he started learning and experimenting with painting in the Espaidart School of Art.
Painting became a creative impulse which was always with him since he was young, however, he did not know how to exploit this potential.
Now he can say that he is on his way to becoming an artist.
