About Philip

Philip Gilderdale is an Australian artist of over 25 years. Based in Frankston Victoria, he has been experimenting in different formats such as resin art and acrylic paintings, with the main themes being nature, space and abstract art. 

He creates his art from his mind, not pictures. Some classic examples of his work would be “The Rain Forest”, “The Darkness”, “The Blackhole” and “Atoms”. He has been influenced by the French impressionists and Jackson Pollocks colourful abstract art.

Philip currently has a collection of over 45 pieces of art and growing. All art is featured as NFT’s on Open Sea under “PG Original Art”. His recent accomplishment was hosting his own solo art exhibition at the Brighton Art Society, Melbourne Australia late June 2024
