About Petter

Petter was born in 1975 and since he was five years old he has been living in the province of Värmland, Sweden. When he was little they spent our summers in a small cabin in the forests and from that time on he has always felt at home among trees, lakes and rivers.

His interest in drawing and painting started at an early age and it gradually became a way for him to learn more about how things work and to depict what he finds beautiful. His subjects have often been landscapes, birds and water. In recent years Petter has become fascinated with light, and how light affects color. Sometimes the light itself can be enough for him when choosing a subject to paint.
