About Olga

Olga Aleksandrova lives and works in the Paris region since 2002.
Was born in Yaroslavl, Russia in the family of hereditary artists. At 18, she decides to follow in the footsteps of her father - Aleksandr Aleksandrov and to become an artist.
Education: National Art School, Yaroslavl, Russia, Diploma with honorable mention 2000.
Faculty of fine arts of the University of Paris, Diploma 2005
Since 2005 collaborated with several french galleries for group and solo shows.
Since 2015 regular participation at major Salons in Paris: Salon of French Artists, Salon of drawing and painting on paper, Salon of Independents , Autumn Salon.
Her works have won awards more than once in regional art fairs. In particular, she received the gold medal by the Union of National Museums of France and honorable mention of The Society of French Artists. 

Works in oil and acrylic paintings, pastel and colored pencil drawing, ink, watercolour, enamel on metals. Landscape, portrait, still life themes, urban sketches, series of semi-abstract paintings inspired by trees. Large format enameled multi-panel wall hangings on copper and steel.

Carrying out a professional creative activity for more than 20 years, many events and artistic experiences have followed one another.
Between 2020 and 2021 represented by Sonia Monti Gallery il Paris 8.
Between 2014 and 2019 collaboration with I-Gallery in Paris 18.
Between 2010 and 2017 represented by the Galerie La source des arts in Nancy.
In 2005, 2007 and 2009 solo shows at the Galerie Trois Mailletz in Paris 5.
Since 2016 member of the Taylor Foundation.
Between 2002 and 2013 publications of numerous series of postcards of urban sketches of Luxembourg, Paris, Nancy, Meaux.
In 2018 the City of Paris grant for the Baba-Yaga project, creation of 3D decorations for municipal libraries.
Exercising in several different techniques, and among others in enamels on metals, participation in numerous symposiums and exhibitions of enamels in France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Romania, Hungary, Russia.
In 2014 collaboration with the Céline brand, creation of prototypes of enamel accessories.
In 2002 collaboration with the brand Villeroy and Boch Luxembourg, creation of designs for a coffee service.
In 2018 and 2021 the City of Meaux grant for Land-art project, creation of open-air installations and sculptures in wood and recycled plastic.
Since 2005 private commissions for large wall panels in enamels on metals.
