Nina Honigschnabel

Nina Honigschnabel was born in 1983 and lives with her husband and son in Biedermannsdorf, Austria. 

She works emerge from a deep engagement with the act of painting. Through a variety of techniques, Nina Honigschnabel builds tactile surfaces and abstract forms. Her paintings also explore various themes, from animals and abstraction to landscapes and the human figure. The Austrian artist explains: “For me, painting is something magical that takes place in my mind as a colour story of its own. By spatula and mixed techniques and by using several shades of colour, I create my personal soul and fantasy paintings with individual moods.”
