About Dilyana

Dilyana Petrova Ersahin was born on March 26, 1986, in Doulovo, Bulgaria. She lived in Turkey between 1989 and 2022 and currently lives in Almere, Netherlands.

From age 7, she started drawing her nightmares; painting is still her biggest hobby. She graduated from the department of fine arts, and graphic design at the university.

She continues her professional life as an art director in the advertising agency where she has been a partner for the last 12 years.

The artist, who is especially obsessed with eyes, often uses eye figures and surreal elements in her works.

The artist thinks that the eyes have a connection with the soul and tries to show this connection strongly with the imagination by using bright and contrasting colors.

The artist continues to participate in artistic printing workshops, photography, ceramic workshops, and ex libris works at every opportunity
