Philip Gilderdale is an Australian artist of over 25 years. Based in Frankston Victoria, he has been experimenting with different formats such as acrylic & oil paint and resin, with the main themes being nature, space and abstract art.
He creates his master pieces using his mind and not pictures. Some classic examples of his art work would be “The Rain Forest”, “The Darkness”, “The Blackhole” and “Atoms”. He has been influenced over the years by the French impressionists and Jackson Pollocks colourful abstract art.
He currently has over 50 pieces of art and growing. All art is featured as NFT’s on Opensea.io under “PG Original Art” and he also has a website www.philipgilderdale.com where he sells his art. He recently hosted his own solo art exhibition at the Brighton Art Society, Melbourne Australia late June 2024. He also was a participant in the World-Wide Virtual Art Exhibition in July by Arteom Gallery.
