Her work is a bridge between traditional Persian and Mediterranean motifs and contemporary techniques, exploring themes of identity, history, spirituality, and human connection. Through vibrant colours, rich textures, and symbolic compositions. She also enjoys adding detail to her realism art pieces she created over 20 years back in time and bring them back to life and blend them with her today’s point of art view.
Artist Statement
<<I believe my art is a journey of my free soul, creating a bridge between past and present, history and modernity and my childhood and adulthood memories.
My paintings are not just visuals; they are my experiences and expression of memories, emotions, and the unseen forces that shaped my life. I always like to use vibrant colours as an element of “Hope” even in my moment of low energy I still have the vibrant shade of hope within me that I layer it on my artworks to invite viewers to feel the layers of meaning, and to connect with the essence of each piece.>> (Nasim Parsa)
