Carolyn Hardy is a Canadian Surrealist Artist famously known for her iconic colourful swirling masterpieces. Carolyn’s artwork is multi-dimensional, completely unique, and is destined to be recognized as a world wide staple of contemporary surrealist art. Her artwork is unique, completely unforgettable, and speaks to the subconscious mind in a way that words can only aspire too.In early 2024 Carolyn was invited to step foot on the international art stage. Her distinctive artwork has now appeared on exhibit in 8 countries and in a handful of worldwide international art magazines.
Her artwork will be represented by the Van Gogh Gallery of Madrid at the major international fairs: Red Dot Fair at Art Basel Miami and in Art World Paris. Carolyn is thrilled her artwork is making its debut in New York’s legendary Times Square.
Four of Carolyn’s original artworks will appear in the Timeless exhibit with Arteom Gallery. The Timeless exhibit will be shown in Times Square in October 2025.
Carolyn started painting when she was a young girl and she never gave up on her love of art or her dream to become a famous artist. Her dedication to her craft and belief in her abilities is an inspiration to all. Carolyn hopes her artwork can serve as a reminder to help humanity remember and become more closely connected to their true, authentic, and natural selves.
Carolyn primarily works in acrylic on canvas, although she explores all mediums in her artistic practice. Her illustrations with ink, water colour, and pencil crayon are quite breathtaking. Carolyn spends most of her time on a remote island in one of Canada’s great lakes. When she isn’t creating, Carolyn can be found with friends, enjoying water sports, communing with nature, or savouring a delicious cup of coffee.
