Agoreyo Armstrong

Born in the late 80s in Nigeria and currently based in the United Kingdom, Armstrong Oke Agoreyo’s drawings and intricate paper collage paintings explore themes relating to politics, Nature, feelings and alternate reality. Armstrong’s drive can be felt in his deep commitment to the environment and passion towards making a positive impact. He describes his works as a” form of mirror reflecting our flaws as humans towards women and nature”. While Armstrong works across diverse media such as Paper collage, drawing, and painting, his art works feel very surrealistic at the same time abstract as they create a dream like illusion at first glance. 

Armstrong Oke Agoreyo received his Bachelor of Fine Art in painting at the University of Benin, Nigeria. He moved to the United Kingdom in 2023 for his Master’s degree in Art at the University of Derby.
